昌杰（1983-），男，汉族，工学博士，教授，硕士生导师，皖南医学院医学信息学院副院长、医学信息工程专业负责人，天津中医药大学在职博士后研究员，中国科学技术大学中西部骨干教师访问学者，兼任世界中医药学会联合会中医诊疗仪器专业委员会常务理事、安徽省人工智能学会情感计算专业委员会委员，并在芜湖市圣美孚科技有限公司挂职科技副总。主持安徽省自然科学基金面上项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、安徽省自然科学基金面上项目1项。在IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Applied Soft Computing, BMC Public Health, Pattern Recognition Letters等SCI Top期刊上发表学术论文20余篇，担任IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, Applied Soft Computing等多个Top期刊的审稿人。所带学生获得美国大学生数学建模大赛二等奖一项、国家级和省级大创项目10余项，获全国大学生计算机设计大赛二等奖两项、三等奖两项，安徽省大学生“揭榜挂帅”专项赛、安徽省程序设计大赛、蓝桥杯全国软件和信息技术人才大赛安徽赛区、安徽省大学生网络与分布式系统创新设计大赛等省级奖项20余项。研究方向：算法设计、深度学习、医学影像分析、医学数据处理与分析等。
